    2 c. steel cut oats
    8 c. skim milk

    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Tips

If your slow cooker has a clear lid, you may want to check it after about 6 hours. I did mine on high for 5 hours and it was perfect. The house smells FANTASTIC after making this :)

Liberally spray your crockpot with cooking spray. Core and skin the apples, then cut them into cubes (about 1/2 inch). Put all ingredients into large crock pot and stir. Set the crock pot to low. Put the lid on and do not take off for 7 hours. store in an air tight container. Enjoy!
