Ingredients

    1 cup of Dorsey's corn meal
    3/4 cup of gluten free bread flour
    1 egg
    1 cup of cream style corn
    3 tbs of sugar
    3 tsp of baking powder

Tips

Per heat oven to 400


Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl, pour into greased 12 muffin tin. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
