Ingredients

    2 4 oz. boneless, fully trimmed pork chops
    One Half large head cabbage, coarsely shredded
    1 Medium onion, halved and sliced
    1 T. olive oil
    Salt substitute and black pepper to taste
    1/8 - 1/4 t. Onion powder
    Buttery Flavored Non Stick Spray
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray

Directions

While cooking pork chops, clean and shred cabbage. Slice onion and mix with cabbage. Season to taste.Remove pork chops from pan add 1 T. olive oil and scrape bottom of pan to loosen all bits. Carefully discard olive oil. Spray pan with buttery flavored non stick spray, add cabbage mixture and spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, toss lightly to coat, cover and cook for approximately 15 mins. Occasionally stirring up from bottom. (Remove cover and continue cooking last 5 minutes.)
