Ingredients

    1-1/2lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 Packet Taco Seasoning
    1 14.5 oz. can Mexican tomatoes

Tips

If short on time, change the temp setting to High on the slow cooker and cook for 4-5 hours.


Directions

sprinkle taco seasoning and can of Mexican tomatoes over chicken breast. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Chicken will shred with a fork when done cooking. Serve with chicken taco's, taco salad or do not shred and serve alone.
