Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons light soy sauce
    10 oz top sirloin steak, cut into strips
    1 whole white or red onion, cut into strips
    1.5 cups chopped broccoli
    2 large carrots sliced into thin strips
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil cooking spray
    1 Package Sun Bird Broccoli & Beef Seasoning Mix
    3/4 cup water

Tips

You can add any stir fry vegetable you like. This recipe tastes better than any of my local take out chinese restaurants


Directions

In a bowl, combine the seasoning mix and water. Set aside.
In a stir fry pan, coat with Olive Oil cooking spray and brown steak.
Add carrot, onion, and broccoli.
Stir fry until tender.
Add sauce mixture.
Stir fry for one minute.
Serve over brown rice.
