Ingredients

    1/2 onion, 1 can mixed veggies (2 cups) of peas, carrots & corn, 1lb of ground chicken or turkey, 1 frozen bag of cauliflower (4 cups), 1 packet of gravy, 1/2+1/3 cup of shredded cheese, 3 garlic cloves (or sqeeze garlic), 1/4 cup milk

Directions

Boil cauliflower with garlic then mix/mash with milk and 1/3 shredded cheese. Preheat oven to 375. Brown ground meat with chopped onion. Add veggies and gravy when almost cooked. Spray casserole dish, pour in meat mix then spread cauliflower mix evenly on across top. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake 30 min or until browned.
