Introduction

High Protein, gluten free, sugar free and one serving; these pancakes keep you full all morning. High Protein, gluten free, sugar free and one serving; these pancakes keep you full all morning.

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese
    1 TBS Stevia in the Raw
    1/2 tsp vanilla

Tips

Fruit like blue berries or 1/2 tsp cinnamon may be added.


Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Heat a pan on medium heat; spray with non-stick spray. Portion three pancakes into pan and cook on side one until they start to bubble. Flip and cook until done (about 3 minutes per side).
