    1 Cup Buckwheat Flour
    2 Tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 TBLSP sugar
    1 large egg, beaten
    1.5 cups milk
    2 TBSP melted butter
    1/2 cup blueberries


Whisk flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl. Add egg, milk and melted butter. Whisk gently to combine. Add blueberries.
