Ingredients

    20 Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers (Crushed)
    1/4 c Splenda Sugar Blend
    1/2 c Flour
    1 20 oz Crushed Pinapple (Drained)
    10 - 15 Sprays Fat-Free Butter Spray
    8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Spray 2 qt casserole dish with non-stick spray. In separate bowl mix drained pineapple, splenda and flour pour into cooking dish. Cover mixture with shredded cheese. Crush crackers and cover cheese. Spray with butter. Cook @ 350 for 30-40 minute until golden brown. Makes 10 servings.
