    2 cups Romaine chopped
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1 large carrot, peeled & grated
    1 cup red cabbage, chopped
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1/4 green pepper, diced
    1/4 orange pepper, diced

Tips

We like to serve with grilled chicken breast.
