Introduction

Ingredients

    2 1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal
    1 c low fat greek yogurt plain
    1/2 c egg beaters
    4 Tab agave nectar
    1 1/2 tsp low sodium baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 banana sliced thin or mashed
    1/2 c apple sauce
    1/4 c chopped walnuts

Tips

Could bake in mini muffin pan, making 24 muffins and only 2 weight watchers points plus each. Only cook for 10 to 12 minutes.


Directions

Add all ingredients in a bowl, mix together. Spray muffin pan with non stick spray. Divide mixture between all 12 muffin cups.

I also like to sprinkle the top of the unbaked muffins with a little cinnamon sugar.
