Ingredients

    4 large red skin potatoes cut to steak fry style
    Tbsp of olive oil
    1/2 -1 tsp of thyme
    1/2 -1 tsp of rosemary
    salt & pepper to taste


Tips

You can alternatively broil them for less time, about 40 minutes total - but keep an eye on them that they don't burn.


Directions

Cut potatoes steak fry style, leave skin on
put on cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil
add spices and salt and pepper to taste
use a wooden spoon to make sure every fry is coated
shake sheet out so all frys lay flat
cook at 350 for about 40 minutes then turn fries
cook another 20 minutes or so or till golden brown
