Ingredients

Celery, raw, 14 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Ground beef, 600 grams
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
*Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Ham, regular (11% fat), 2 cup, diced
Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 6 tsp
Tips
This recipe does not need any extra oil. Also it reduces the fat from the beef and ham, reducing the fat ingested.
You can go for a leaner version, using 90% lean meat or white meat like chicken.
The seasoning and spices also depends on you. Make it as spicy as you would like or just add some italian herb mix for aroma.
I always eat this with a big bowl of lettuce or salad, giving me all the carbs and nutrients I need in one meal, without going over..
Directions
Turn on oven to 375F
Chop ham to cubes
chop celery,onion, potato
Add ham to ground beef
Season with Taco seasoning
Mix in veggies
Pour into a baking pan and bake for 25 - 45 mins depending on how wide or deep your baking pan is.
When cooked, slowly drain the oil off from the mixture( You can store this separately and use it as a seasoning for other soups or stews)
Serving Size: makes roughly 12 - 200g servings
