Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast ( I use frozen)
    2 15 oz cans low sodium black beans (Drained)
    2 10 oz cans mexican stewed tomatoes
    1 cup salsa of choice
    4 oz can diced green chilis
    14 oz can tomato sauce


Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
Just before serving remove chicken and shred with 2 forks.

Garnish with shredded cheese and tortilla chips ( not included in nutritional value)
