Ingredients

    1 Cup Green Split Peas (dry)
    1 Lb Extra lean ground beef
    1 onion
    1 Bell pepper
    200 gr Swiss chard or spinach
    1/2 pouch Keema mix (shan)
    2 potatoes (diced) - 400gr
    1/2 Cup Orange juice

Directions

Boil peas for 45 min -drain.
Brown meat and onion
Mix all ingredients in Crockpot.

Cook at low for 8 hours.

Serving Size: 6 servings of 1 cup
