Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 tart baking apples, peeled & sliced
    2 Tbsp coconut oil
    1 Tsp cinnamon (to taste)
    1/2 tsp cloves (to taste)
    1/4 tsp nutmeg (to taste)
    2 scoops body by vi protein powder
    2-3 Tbsp water

    1/2 c. body by vi protein powder
    1/2 c. dry Quaker oats
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp butter
    1 tsp cinnamon (to taste)

    greek yogurt for topping (optional)

Directions

Heat coconut oil in skillet; add apples, sprinkle with spices and cook till slightly soft. Remove from heat; stir in water and 2 scoops vi powder to make syrup.
Pour into bottom of sprayed 2 qt casserole dish.
Hand-mix remaining ingredients to course crumbly texture; sprinkle over top of apples. Bake at 375 degrees 20 - 25 minutes.
Top with greek yogurt if desired.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings
