Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pcs.
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can sweet corn
    1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash's Onion and Herb
    1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash's Southwest Chipotle
    Safeway Salsa Fresco mild (2 tbs per serving)



Tips

Dish out 1 cup onto each plate and top with salsa to taste.


Directions

Heat a skillet on medium heat and add the pieces of chicken breast. Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until nearly done. Rinse and drain black beans. Add them to the skillet. Drain water from corn and add to skillet. Stir all ingredients. Cover skillet and simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 5 1-cup servings
