Ingredients

    2eggs
    11/4 c milk
    2 medium bananas ( about 3/4-1 cup) mashed
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 TBS molasses
    1 4 oz container no sugar added apple sauce
    3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
    1/4 c sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2tsp baking powder
    1/3 c EAS Lean 15 chocolate fudge protein powder
    1/2 c chopped walnuts
    3/4 c chocolate chips

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a mixer, whisk completely. Add next 6 and mix. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes.
