    12 slices Heiner's 35 Wheat Bread
    8 large fresh eggs


I use cooking spray to grease pan or griddle. You can add cinnamon or nutmeg to beaten egg if desired.
**I find the taste of the bread actually adds flavor as if spices were used.


Beat eggs well. Dip slices of bread in beaten egg to coat. Place coated slices on greased hot griddle or in greased frying pan.
