Introduction

Great mock Salisbury Steaks made from lean Ground Beef. Great mock Salisbury Steaks made from lean Ground Beef.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 1/2 .lbs lean Ground Beef
    2 slices of Bread, white
    2 Eggs
    1/4 cup Onion, chopped
    1/4 cup Milk 2%
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    1/4 Flour
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
    1 sm. can Mushrooms
    2 cups Beef Broth

Directions

Mix together the ground beef, bread, eggs, onion, salt & pepper and milk. Form into 10 patties and coat with flour. Cook in olive oil until browned on both sides. Arrange in a 9x11 baking pan. Slowly combine beef broth with the cream of mushroom soup and canned mushrooms. Pour over salisbury patties. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
