Ingredients

Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can (12.5 oz), drained
Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large
Walnuts, 60 grams
*Laughing Cow Light Creamy Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge), 2 serving
(Not included in calorie count):
Crackers or Bread: (I would pick something crunchy, but this can also work as a sandwich filling)
Cut fresh veggies
Tips
I like to cook my eggs medium for this recipe. It lends to a creamier texture, but should only be done with very fresh eggs.
Directions
1. Hard boil the 2 eggs and place in cold water to cool down.
2. Drain the tuna. place in a bowl and mash with a fork.
3. Chop the walnuts until finely chopped. mix into the tuna with the fork.
4. Chop of grate the cooled hard-boiled eggs. Mix into the tuna.
5. Add the Laughing Cow cheese and mix with the fork until all the ingredients are blended together.
6. Serve with bread or crackers and some fresh veggies.
