Number of Servings: 2

7 oz. ground sirloin (or extra lean ground beef)
    3 cups red cabbage
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons caraway seed
    1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
    Stevia to taste
    salt to taste
    lemon pepper to taste
    Some sliced onion (optional)

Cook the ground beef and set aside.

Then put some water (about a cup) and the Apple Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, mustard and caraway seed in a big pan. Shred the red cabbage or slice very thin… cook down and cover the pan so it ‘steams’ (also add the optional onion if using). When done to your liking, add stevia, Lemon Pepper and salt to taste. Mix in the cooked ground beef. Let pan simmer until the liquid is reduced and almost all evaporated.

Serving Size: Divide in half to make 2 servings.
