Ingredients

    The crust:
    1 C cooked cauliflower
    1 C mozzarella cheese (shredded)
    1 egg
    2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp garlic salt

    Pizza Topping:
    1/2 C Newman's Own Marinara Sauce (or your fav)
    1/4 C mozzarella cheese (shredded)
    2 Tbsp feta cheese
    1/2 C raw spinach leaves


Tips

I figured one slice per serving but will actually eat 2-3 pieces at a time.


Directions

To make the crust:
Blend cooked cauliflower until smooth. Mix in bowl with cheese, egg and seasonings. Put mixture onto oiled pan and form into a crust. Bake 15 min at 450 degrees.

Topping:
Add sauce, spinach and cheeses to cooked cauliflower crust. Bake 3-4 more minutes to melt cheese.

Serving Size: Makes 6 small pieces per pizza (1 slice = 1 serving)
