Ingredients

    1 lb of lean ground beef
    1/3 cup of chopped celery (finely chopped)
    1/4 cup of italian bread crumbs
    1/4 cup of chopped onion
    1 egg

Directions

Mix ingredients using hands
Using hands mold into ball shapes
Cook @ 350 F for around 30 minutes, turning once

Serving Size: makes approximately 24 meatballs
