Ingredients

Garbanzo Beans, Canned 2 Cups or 2 Cans
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 TBSP, or to taste
Red Onion, 1/2 Cup Chopped
Black Olives, 10 Cut in Half
Roma Tomatoes or Vine Tomatoes, 2 Quartered and Sliced
Fresh Cilantro, 1 TBSP Minced or Grind in Grinder
Roasted Red Peppers, Cut in small slices
Fresh Garlic, 4 TSP or to taste, Minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse Garbanzo Beans, set aside in a large mixing bowl
Cut Black Olives in Half, put in same large mixing bowl
Quarter and Slice Tomatoes, put in same large mixing bowl
Cut in small pieces, Roasted Red Peppers, put in same large mixing bowl
Chop Red Onion, put in same large mixing bowl
If you have a Magic Bullet, place garlic in and chop, then Cilantro, and chop, put in same large mixing bowl (if not the good old fashioned way works too)
Toss all ingredients except Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper
Once tossed, drizzle Olive Oil, Sprinkle Salt & Pepper so it works with Olive Oil, then toss one more time and serve.
You can season this to taste (i.e. more garlic etc...)
