Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh 2 bunch
    Publix Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1 cup
    Sliced Almonds 1/2 Cup
    Olive oil 3 tbsp
    Balsamic vinegar, 15 tbsp

Tips

I usually tend to eye the olive oil and vinegar. Adding a bit of minced garlic would be good too! I use this as a side, thus the large amount of servings.


Directions

Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces. Toss with remaining ingredients.
