Ingredients

    For the fish and sweet potato balls:
    -Tilapia filet, 15 oz - ground or rough chopped
    -Mashed Sweet Potatoes, 1 cup
    -Flour, white, 1 cup
    -Egg, fresh, 1 large
    -1/4 cup pickle relish
    -salt and pepper to taste

    For the sweet and sour sauce
    -Pineapple, canned, 1 small can ( do not remove the juice)
    -Raisins, 1 miniature box
    -1 Onion chopped into 8 equal parts
    -Garlic, 5 cloves sliced thinly
    -Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    -Pickle relish

Tips

you could also add carrots or green beans.


Directions

for the fish and potato balls, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it until it is well blended and could be formed into balls. Pan fry the balls until golden brown

for the sauce, saute onions and garlic. Add the raisins and the pineapple with the juice. If boiling already, add the tomato sauce and season according to your taste. :)

Serving Size: makes approximately 20 medium size balls
