Introduction

Best bowl of oatmeal on the GO ever!! Best bowl of oatmeal on the GO ever!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    In a large bowl add the following:
    3 C instant Oats
    1/2 C. brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp allspice
    dash salt

    In a separate bowl add the following:
    2 C. almond milk or soy milk
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs, scrambled
    3 Tbl melted butter or margerine


Tips

Warm in microwave for 35 sec when you need a "yummy" on the go breakfast!


Directions

Add milk ingrediants to the oat mixture and mix well. Place 8 ramikin cups on a baking sheets and spray with baking spray. Place 1/2 C. mixture into each ramikin.
Bake for 20-25 min at 350.
