Ingredients

    Coconut Oil, .33 cup (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .33 cup (remove)
    Honey, .5 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 3.25 cup (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    1/2 cup hot water

Directions

Melt coconut oil and mix well with warmed apple sauce, honey and egg substitute. Add in vanilla. Add flour salt and cinnamon to wet mixute and mix until just moist. Add baking soda to hot water and add to mixture. Poor into 2 greased 9 X 5 loaf pans. Cook at 325 for 50-60 min.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves - 10 slices each
