Ingredients

    3 cups fresh spinach
    3 cups flour
    dash salt
    thyme, rosemary or other seasoning
    8 egg yolks

Tips

This is much easier to make with a pasta machine and food processor.


Directions

mix spinach, flour, salt and herbs in food processor. Add whole eggs or egg yolks one at a time until pasta forms a ball. Knead, roll, and cut into desired size noodles.
