Ingredients

    4 medium red potatoes, cubed w/ skin
    garlic powder to taste
    1/3 cup Weight Watchers reduced fat shredded chedder cheese
    1 tbsp Promise margarine
    1 oz skim milk (pour in a little at a time until desired consistency)
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Place potatoes in saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and transfer back to saucepan. Smash with potato masher or fork. Add margarine, garlic powder, cheese, and skim milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
