a way to add protein to your guacamole. If you don't like cottage cheese texture - you can put in food processor like I do to blend until smooth. Ingredients

    2 small avocados
    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
    lemon juice to keep avocados from turning brown
    hidden valley ranch, fiesta ranch or spicy ranch packet-2 tbsp

    tomato, onion, garlic, serrano pepper optional- added for flavor

Tips

Goes great with tortilla chips, or on a taco salad. I like to sub for mayo on my sandwich or wrap. Great protein source to eat with celery, carrots, cucumber and tomatoes!
