Number of Servings: 1


    1 Banana (small)
    1 C Milk (nonfat)
    2 TBSP Torani Sugar-Free Syrup
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    1 TBSP Cocoa Powder (for baking)
    1 C ice

    Whipped Topping and caramel ice cream topping are optional, and not counted in the calories. But if you add them, add a dash of salt to the top!


This makes one large smoothie or two still fairly full size smoothies. Add ice if you really want to add volume. It won't dilute it too much. :)


Blend all ingredients, except ice, in blender.
Add ice, using ice-crush setting on blender. Pour in large glass, and enjoy.

*(optional) add 2 TBSP whipped topping and a drizzle of caramel ice cream syrup to the top. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Serving Size: Makes One Large Smoothie
