Introduction

Ingredients

    4 eggs
    2 strips of turkey bacon (Oscar Meyer)
    1/4 of a large green bell pepper
    1/2 of a medium tomato
    1/4 c. feta cheese crumbles
    Add salt and pepper to taste

Tips

You can ultimately add in any ingredients you want to make your own desired scrambled eggs. But this is a high protein and high fat recipe...great before a workout.


Directions

Chop up the 2 strips of turkey bacon, green bell pepper, and tomato. Set aside. Whisk eggs, milk, and feta cheese in a small bowl. Spray medium sized pan with Pam. Add turkey bacon first and cook until desired doneness (i.e. crispy). Add bell pepper and tomato to pan and mix with bacon. Cook for one minute, frequently sautéing. Then add in egg mixture and scramble with bacon, pepper, and tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste.
