Ingredients

Lamb, Cubed, 500 grams
Tomato Paste, 100 grams
Peas, frozen, 2 cup
*Potato, raw, 1 cup diced
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic, 2 tsp
fresh coriander, 2 tsp
Salt, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
*Ghee, 13 gram(s)
Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
Tips
you can eat this dish with radish, spring onion or rocket.

Directions
1-turn the stove on, then put the ghee in the pan and add the meat and stir until the meat became golden brown.
2-Next add the mince garlic and chopped coriander and stir.
3- add the diced potato and carrots and stir until soften a little
4- stir in tomato paste and add the water , salt and spices. wait until the water starts to boil to lower the stove temperature to medium. let simmer for 20 min
50- add the frozen peas now and taste it to make sure of its salt .
6- after 10 min turn the stove off. and your dish will be ready to eaten with boiled rice or Lebanese rice .
