Ingredients

    2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1/4 of an avocado, chopped
    3 TBS fresh finely chopped cilantro
    1/2 cup garbonzo beans, cooked and drained
    2 TBS chopped, canned jalapenos (opt)
    Juice of 1/2 of a lime
    salt to taste or salt free seasoning mix
    pepper to taste


Tips

Serve with baked whole grain tortilla chips or inside a whole grain tortilla to move it from lunch to dinner.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and chill in the fridge for an hour or more. The flavors mix together wonderfully.
