Introduction

Ingredients

    42 ounces butternut squash,peeled and cut into small pieces
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4c water
    1/4c Coffee Rich nondairy creamer
    1 tsp maple flavoring
    1/2 c. Splenda
    1/2 c. Eggbeaters

Directions

Steam squash until soft. Use an immersion blender or a food processor to puree until smooth.Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole, spray top with Pam and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until firm.

Serving Size:  1/10 of a 9x13 pan
