Ingredients

5 Eggs
1 Banana (Mashed)
1/3 Cup Coconut Flour
2 Tablespoons Cacao
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil (Melted but not hot)
3 Tablespoons Honey
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Blueberries
Tips
Measure out your cinnamon and cacao first, then use that same measuring spoon to measure your honey. The cinnamon/cacao keeps the honey from sticking to your measuring spoon :)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Whisk eggs and add in all wet ingredients
In a separate bowl whisk together dry ingredients
Blend wet and dry ingredients together
Fold in Blueberries
Apply coconut oil to the muffin tin
Fill tin with approximately 1/4 Cup batter for each muffin (2/3 of the way full)
Bake for 18 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
Serving Size: 10-12 Muffins
