Introduction

2 of my favorite foods: cabbage and shrimp. Was short on time, had the ingredients and decided to whip it up last minute. Forgive me as my serving amounts are not 100%. 2 of my favorite foods: cabbage and shrimp. Was short on time, had the ingredients and decided to whip it up last minute. Ingredients

    2 cups green cabbage
    1/2 cup sliced red onion
1 serving of yellow bell pepper
    1/2 serving green bell pepper
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 serving shrimp, cooked
    1 serving paprika
    lemon juice to taste

Note: since I love spicy foods, I added some cajun seasoning I had on hand, pepper and a bit of Accent seasoning to taste.

Directions

In pan add oil, a bit of water, cabbage, peppers, and seasoning. Cook on medium-high temp until cooked to desired consistency. I don't like to overcook my cabbage, enough that it still has just a slight amount of crunch to it.

In separate pan, add a bit of water and shrimp on med to med-high temp- just enough water to keep the shrimp from burning. Season shrimp as needed.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, enjoy!

Serving Size: Not good with measuring exactly but made enough for dinner and leftovers for lunch.
