Ingredients

    1 whole egg
    3/4 c egg whites
    1/4 c pumpkin puree
    5 oz diced honey crisp apple
    As much as you want: raw spinach, raw zucchini, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt

Tips

I used 1 cup of zuccini and 2 cups of spinach in the nutrition calculation.


Directions

Mix it all up and cook like scrambled eggs. I added one tablespoon of almond butter to the top of my finished product.
