Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 cup butter or margarine
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup splenda
    2 eggs
    3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    dash of salt

Directions

Cream room softened butter with sugar and splenda in a mixer. Add eggs and mix. Add bananas and vanilla and mix well.

Mix in dry ingredients and then fold in chocolate chips.

Bake in loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Serving Size: Makes 12 slices
