    Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    coconut milk lite, 1 serving (remove)
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)
    Celery seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 10 tbsp (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 stalk (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Bamboo shoots, cooked, 1 cup (1/2" slices) (remove)
    Hot chili oil

Directions

Throw in crockpot and cook for 1 hour.

Serving Size: can eat as much as you want very low calorie- make sure you get no fat chicken broth and lite coconut milk.
