Ingredients

    200 grams (@4 large stalks) Broccoli, cut into julienne strips or grated
    200 grams white Cabbage, finely shredded
    140 grams (1 medium) Carrot, grated
    2 slices Pineapple canned, chopped with 2 tblspn of juice
    1 small stalk Celery, finely sliced
    1 Garlic clove, minced
    1 medium Scallion (Spring Onion) chopped
    1/2 small Red Bell Pepper, cut into julienne strips or chopped
    2 Tblspn Fat Free French Dressing

Directions

Combine all the ingredients and chill for at least 30 minutes.

    didn't like the pineapple and french so I changed it to no pineapple and a yogurt garlic dressing instead and it tasted a lot better - 3/16/17
