Ingredients

    1lb of Ground Turkey Breast
    1 med Head of Fresh Cabbage
    1 lg can Crushed Tomatoes plus can of water
    1 can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes plus can of water
    1 12oz can of V8 Vegetable juice
    1 cup of Low fat and Sodium chicken broth
    1/4 cup Hot sauce (Texas Pete)
    1 tbsp Garlic
    1 tbsp Thyme ground
    1 tbsp Rosemary
    1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 tsp Olive Oil Light
    1/4 tsp Sea Salt


Tips

I use sea salt for low sodium and full flavor


Directions

Cook on Medium high in an ex-large frying pan heat up 1teaspoon of light Olive oil. Add 1lb of White ground turkey with all seasoning. Brown until fully cooked. Add Chicken broth than bring to boil. Add one 28oz can Crushed Tomatoes and also one can of water (Crushed tomatoes can), one 12 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes and also one can of water (Fire Roasted diced tomatoes can), one can of 12 (11.5)oz V8 Vegetable juice, 1/4 cup of hot sauce, bring to boil. Lower heat to medium and add shredded cabbage. Cover and cook until cabbage is tender. Make 16 servings (1 cup is 1 serving)
