Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped, cored
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Friendly Farms All Natural Greek Yogurt-Vanilla, 6 oz
    SIlk Pure Almond All Natural Almond Milk- Natural, .25 cup
    Boathouse Farms 100% Carrot Juice, 1/2 Cup
    100% Whey Protein "GNC Pro Performance" Unflavored Powdered Drink Mix, 1 Scoop
    Ice, as in frozen water..., 1/2 Cup or 4oz

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender such as vita-mix or an equivalent. Blend for a minute or until smooth. Enjoy
