Ingredients
-
0.5 cup bananas [[sliced]].
0.5 cup seedless grapes.
3 oz of yoplait light strawberry yogurt.
Directions
Makes ONE 4oz service of deliciousness!
PREP:
Grab a bowl and do as I do.
Get one banana [[about 7 inches][, and cut it in half.
Wrap one half and place in the fridge.
With the OTHER half, peel and slice into bite sized pieces.[[ I prefer round, I know some prefer mashed..etc.]]
Get a little bundle of seedless grapes and count it out. 10 grapes. 10 no more, no less.
Grab a small tub of yoplait light strawberry yogurt.
CREATE:
Using said bowl, Spoon out 3/4s of the yogurt.
Add the sliced bananas overtop, then drop in the grapes.
It creates fruit, with a yogurt coating...
Too much yogurt drowns it and you old get the texture, not taste of the fruit.
Too little yogurt leaves you with a little yogurt film over your fruit, not tasty..
After all is placed in bowl and ready to go.
Grab a fork, or spoon and DIG IN!
