Ingredients

1 c white flour all purpose
2 c whole wheat
2/3 c vegetable oil
2 c grated zucchini (I added 1 c applesauce because I was short i cup of zucchini)
3 lg eggs
1 tsp baking soda
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tblsp cinnamon
1 c chopped walnuts
1c raisins
measure flour and dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix oil zucchini, eggs, raisins, walnuts in another bowl with electric mixer till well blended
add wet mixture to dry and blend together with mixer.in large bowl. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

Easy to make. Very fragrant and delicious quick bread for brunches, lunches, snacks, picnics Filling and nutritious.
