Ingredients

    500gms pork tenderloin or boneless pork belly
    1 large onion cut into 4
    1 large red bell pepper cut into 8
    4 cloves garlic
    2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp vinegar

Tips

You can also cook pork adobo in slow cooker for 8 hours with the same procedure.Salted black beans can also be replaced for salt to have a more salty taste.Hard boiled egg and fried Tofu can be used as an extender


Directions

Cut 500mg pork tenderloin or pork belly into 8 equal parts,cut the remainding spices according to size and shape of your choice. Place all chopped ingredients in a cooking pan. Add the remaining ingredient like salt,soy sauce,vinegar and brown sugar. Bring to a boil until 45 mins or until the meat softens. Add more salt or soy sauce to taste.


Serving Size: makes 4 servings 2 inch 2 piece per serving
