Introduction

I served this with "Baked Chicken Breast with Swiss cheese and Asparagus" by RAINBOWCO - put potatoes in same dish to bake. Awesome! I served this with "Baked Chicken Breast with Swiss cheese and Asparagus" by RAINBOWCO - put potatoes in same dish to bake. Awesome!

Ingredients

    5 medium red potatoes (500 grams)
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 tsp garlic, ground
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    Paprika, ground

Directions

1. Clean potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients except Paprika in medium bowl, stir to coat potatoes well.
3. Place potatoes in a baking dish & sprinkle Paprika on top.
4.Bake at 350* for 30-45 minutes, until cooked through.
