Ingredients

    2 Cups Marinara
    4 Cups part Skim Ricotta cheese
    2 oz grated fresh parmesan cheese
    1/2 tea onion powder
    1/2 tea dried oregano
    salt & pepper
    1 lb fresh spinach, steamed and drained
    1 large egg
    1 garlic clove minced
    24 - 48 large shells

    preheat oven 350
    Spread 1/2 cup marinara over bottom of 13 x 9 pan
    Combine ricotta and next 8 ingredients in large bowl. Spoon 1 Tab into each pasta shell. Arrange in prepared dish, spread with remaining marinara. cover and bake 30 min. let stand 5 min. sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
